Parmanjit was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and honest with his assessment of our dishwasher not draining. I previously did some troubleshooting but the problem was not found by me. I contacted Mr. Appliance and once it was determined that it was one of the pumps not working, even though he did not have the part, he went to his office, got the part and drove right back to my residence. Problem was solved, all the checks conducted. All positive. The pricing was very fair. I will use Mr. Appliance from now on for all my appliances now.

Service call prompt and very reasonable. I phoned many businesses, Mr Appliance was most helpful and reasonable. Dishwasher repaired and works beautifully! BEWARE:many businesses on line have ‘Appliance’ in their name but they are not affiliated with Mr Appliance from Sherwood Park, even if some claim they are…..they were wishy washy and more expensive!! Thank you, again, Mr Appliance for a job well done!
