We just had Rob L from Mr. Appliance come and fix a switch on our range. Thank god for buying an extended warranty! He was awesome as he also was able to show me some tips on how to remove my oven door and helped me find parts I might need for another range. As well as we learned we were not opening and closing our fridge correctly which was resulting in our gasket being slowly ripped. He showed how to fix it. He was great, was super friendly and if I ever need an appliance service man again, I would absolutely go to Mr. Appliance and if possible ask for him if he was available to do the service.
