Thank you Mr Appliance and technician David for the great job of fixing the leak in my laundry room. The service was quick and the repair also done faster than I anticipated. There are no more leaks from the washer, hoses or taps. David was very informative and explained what the problem was and the solution to it, I appreciated that information.

I am extremely happy with the service I received from Mr Appliance. They were able to send a repairman, David, out the very next day, and they were upfront and clear about the pricing from the start. The repairman arrived on time, was professional, and very thorough in his work. Initially, it looked like the problem with my washer could have led to an expensive repair, but he didn’t stop there. He kept troubleshooting until he found the actual issue, which turned out to be a much simpler and less costly fix. I really appreciated the honesty and dedication. Highly recommend this company for anyone needing appliance repairs!

Dave the technician and Gerald were great to work with when our washer needed a new drain pump. Dave was knowledgeable and friendly and provided some good advice. Dave didn’t complain when he was repeatedly mauled by our overly friendly Golden Retriever puppy. I do not hesitate to highly recommended this business.

Mr. Appliance took care of repairing my Whirlpool dryer, which needed a maintenance kit installed. Basically the pulleys were worn out. The turn around was just at a week and they kept me up-to-date every step of the way with the parts arrival and return to fix.
