I was really impressed with this service. I felt that they made a real effort to get it right. We have an old Miele dishwasher and they diagnosed and fixed the issue in a reasonable amount of time. They were quick to order the correct part and came back as soon as it had arrived. Also, they cared about how they left things, ensuring that the dishwasher was installed back in place correctly, even though I had taken it out prior to them coming. They put it back exactly how I had intended to do it (which doesn't sound like a big deal, but it is a little more complicated with our type of cupboards). Reasonably priced when taking into account parts and travel.

Right from the first phone call, they were very professional and friendly. The tech did a great job and cleaned up after himself. I will be calling then again when we need appliance repair.
My whole entire experience with Mr. Appliance from the appointment being made online to my microwave being fixed was amazing! Very prompt, professional, went out of their way to always keep me up to date on when they were coming, who was coming and the price was very transparent. This company 100% caters to customer service with great workmanship! I will definitely recommend them to others and will call myself again when needed.
