Very professional, efficient and responsive. They did a quick install of an in-counter stovetop replacement and it went very well. I liked how responsive and communicative the company is. They get back to you, make your booking, send you a notice with a pic of your technician and call you ahead of arrival. Expect to pay fairly for a trained professional who knows what they are doing.

We were extremely satisfied with a repair of our dryer that was done by Nathan. There were no surprises throughout the whole process - everything was handled professionally. We were presented with a quote after Nathan's assessment of the problem and he proceeded with the repair only after we had given him a go-ahead. Nathan had spare parts in his van and completed the repair work in a competent and efficient manner. The dryer works like new. This was a very positive experience for us! It is a huge relief to find a service technician, like Nathan, who is knowledgeable, communicates clearly, is courteous, efficient and tidy. Highly recommended.

So grateful for Mr. Appliance (Nathan)) our furnace went out , we called them and they arrived when they said they would and has us back up and running same day. We would recommend this company to anyone. I like their concept you get information & picture of the person that would be coming, along with follow up phone calls. We recently hired Mr. Appliance Company to repair our oven/range. We suspected the LED panel would need to be replaced. This is very costly repair. We had the pleasure meeting Nathan and watching a real pro determined to find the problem. He took the time to explain what was hapening but was unconvinced that the solution would be a new panel. He is a relentless problem solver and finaly found the answer. The stove was fixed, we were very happy, the repair was very reasonable and we would recomend to anyone needing to service an appliance to hire this company. Proffetionally trained and competant employees have my recomendation hands down. Thank you Nathan.

Excellent service from start to finish! Left a message on the weekend and call was returned first thing Monday morning! Alison was wonderful, explained their billing up front and was able to fit us in that day! We received a text and email letting us know the technician was on his way with a picture of who to expect! David was great and quickly determined issue with gas stove, fixed and departed within a short time. Honestly best appliance repair experience ever! And this was two days before Christmas! Will be our go to appliance repair in future.

Our oven broke, so we called this company. They were quick to book the appointment. David was very respectful and knowledable. He found the problem, ordered the part and within a couple of days was back to fix our oven. Really impressed with this company.
