A pleasure to deal with, starting with the person to answered my call to make an appointment to have our stove repaired. The technician, Chris, arrived at the scheduled time and quickly diagnosed the issue with the stove. Chris clearly explained the issue and proceeded to make the repair. Chris was very respectful of our home as had protective cover for his shoes, used towels to set his tools and screws on so nothing was damaged. Very knowledgeable and professional! Thanks Chris!

Our washing machine came up with a code of 1E and just stopped,so we called MR Appliance and in one day tech JESSE M showed up and analyzed the machine and with us wondering if it is fixed ,we tried a load of laundry. YA HOO DONE. THANKYOU AGAIN

A repair to a two door fridge/freezer involved replacing the everything in the freezer door except the stainless steel shell. Their commitment to completing it and ensuring all worked well was appreciated

Excellent service and from technicians (Sagar and Harjeet) who were very professional and meticulous while taking the time to ensure our repair was completed to our full satisfaction. Special mention to Mr Appliance Orillia Manager (Amanda) for her persistence and determination in processing a warranty claim with the appliance manufacturer on our behalf. Amanda continually kept us informed and updated as to the status of our claim which was eventually resolved. She clearly went above and beyond in her support to the customer. We highly recommend Mr.Appliance Orillia for any and all of your appliance servicing requirements.

We looked for a company to replace a laundry washer seal and settled on Mr. Appliance. From booking the service, being advised about scheduling, execution of the work and follow up, Mr Appliance were great. We liked that Mr. Appliance advised us of the window that the technician would arrive and the name and picture of the technician. Josh was very professional, proficient and friendly. Both the office staff and repairman were friendly and informative. We were able to get an appointment quickly and they discovered the problem with our dishwasher and repaired it satisfactorily. Would recommend!
