Our tech Christopher was awesome. He had to come back for completion while we waited for a part but he was expertly trained, knew his stuff and was very patient and thorough explaining everything. Having Christopher represent your company is something you should feel very good about. Slightly expensive but I don't care about that because the job was done right and I feel confident in the workmanship.

Quick, friendly, professional service. Repairman Christopher B went out of his wat to ensure my LG stove would work si I could cook my Thanksgiving Dinner for my family. I was very happy they could fix it so quickly as parts are hard to get and no assistance from LG.

Harjeet S was quick to arrive on appointment date and Identified the problem on my leaky dishwasher. He was extremely Profesional and also explained his findings. Harjeet went the extra step in cleaning up after he was finished. Harjeet returned a few days later with replacement part. Rest said, my dishwashers is fixed at a very reasonable fraction of the replacement cost. Thank you Harjeet. I will be using him again when needed.

Good service and good advice.

We had Josh come to our home to repair issues with our stove. He was efficient and knowledgeable about the issues and explained what was happening clearly. Would definitely use again for issues with appliances!

The old gas range went kaput, so definitely time to get a new one. We called our past connection, Kitchens, and found they had closed down with retirement, and Mr. Appliance had taken over for them. Jason and his team really stepped up to provide excellent customer care through every step of the way, not to mention the perfect replacement range. The installation was done with care and thoroughness, not only with the appliance, but toward the property as well. Part of it all was a bit of behind the scenes: a sense of great company culture, where staff love their job and respect one another. You know a company like that is going to take care of you, too. Five stars with enthusiasm for Mr. Appliance! Would we use them again? Hey, the dishwasher’s started leaking and they’re already on it for a repair 😉😃

I had excellent service from Amanda and the technician Josh W. I was having some issues with my Maytag refrigerator. Josh came out and resolved the issue for me. He was kind and courteous . Very professional. I will be using Mr Appliance North for any future needs and will also give them an excellent recommendation. Thank you
