Mr Appliance has a good policy for the repair of appliances. Essentially you pay for one service fee based on the first estimate then you only pay for new parts if more are required. Parts were a bit expensive but the repair was done well. The repair cost was much less than the cost of replacing the unit. The technician was friendly and knowledgable on this appliance and was not bothered by the need to go the extra mile to fix it properly. We would definitely recommend them to others. Thanks.
