The whole experience was really great from the reminder the day before and the notification when the driver was on his way. Lucas was very professional, answered all my questions. Happy with the process and the bill.

I am so happy I called Mr. Appliance my appointment was booked right away. Lucas was early for his appointment time, called ahead and took care of my fridge right away, my stove dial and washer machine filter. I will only call Mr. Appliance from now on. Highly recommend!! 5+++++ Thank you Lucas!

Fantastic experience from booking through service technician call. Great communication: I booked online, received a text message within minutes clarifying a missing piece of info. I received an email (with a photo of the technician) and text message advising me of the technician's expected arrival time and the number to call with any questions. Professional, friendly service call: Technician, Nathan, was friendly, very professional and explained what he was doing to investigate the concern. He responded to all of my questions in a professional manner, clearly demonstrating his expertise. The issue I was concerned about was fully investigated and resolved. I will definitely call this company again for any appliance issues. Thanks Nathan!
