Mr Appliance Hanover is the only appliance service provider I call. On line booking, great communication, company values that reflect positively on their business, technicians and are what we want in a service provider!. Luke was great today! Made a diagnosis, ordered the parts, gave me a timeline - my experience in the past tells me they are truly good to their word! I trust them!

Well where to start. Had a washing machine issue. Searched google and found Mr Appliance. Nathan was the technician. He quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted me a cost and shared other pertinent information. Then other wonderful people at Mr Appliance ordered the part, rushed to get me an appointment to install and saw it all through. Even after the fix and I called because I thought I still had a problem, they came out and checked it out for me. I called back a third time and they were good to their word and their guarantee. They checked it out for me. These guys are GOLD. They guarantee their work, they are courteous, friendly, very knowledgeable and just AMAZING. Highly recommend them. My experience was unique in that GE had stopped making my stove a few years ago and knowledge of replacing the glass top was next to impossible to find. A replacement glass top was found and shipped from Calgary to Mount Forest Ontario within days. The next problem was to find a technician with the knowledge to repair the stove, Mr. Applicance sent in an experience man and within days my stove was fixed. Thank you Mr. Appliance!

Excellent service from Mr. APPLIANCE. GREAT communication from the office as well as Nathan and Luke onsite. Nathan and Luke provided us with great technical and customer service ! We were lucky they had part on truck , so had sameday service repair for our LG washer. Would definitly recomend them .

Prompt service, no waiting around all day, they give you a 2 hour or so window and text you when they are on their way to you. They even send you a picture of the technician who will be coming to your home. Technician explains everything so you understand what is wrong with your appliances. They only charge one service call fee even if they have to come back later to fix your appliances. I have used Mr Appliance twice now and is the only repair company I will use.
