These guys are awesome, took a couple trys to get all the issues but now its working great. Went through and explained all what was being fixed and took time to go through the mechanics of how it was working and how it's supposed to work.

Had my part in stock, very knowledgeable and willing to share information. I found the part at about 20% of what I paid later that day online... but also, then you gotta factor in having a dead dryer and an angry wife for 2 weeks. Defenitly worth it.

Have always been my go to for appliance repair. Most recently the knob on my dryer broke off making my dryer unusable in the middle of me doing laundry. I called over to Mr Appliance to see if by chance they had any knobs in stock (otherwise I’d be ordering on amazon), which they did. I drove over to pick it up, he had it behind the counter for me and for over $10 cheaper than amazon.
