Excellent service. Great idea to send a picture of the technician along with the text giving notice that he was on his way. Larry showed me how to clean the filter (no instructions in the manual). Should I need to repair any of my appliances, I know who I’m calling!! Thank you.

Our first time using Mr. Appliance and we were VERY pleased with the Journeyman Technician that arrived at our home. Firstly, Cody, forgive me for my tardy review...Cody was very conscientious and methodical in his approach to the problem with our dishwasher. As it turns out the potential problem was not the biggest issue, yet Cody painstakingly restored our plumbing line to the dishwasher and resolved the issue; along with a couple of wonderful tips on how to keep the buildup in check. I really appreciated Cody's patience with my questions, as well as his ability to focus on the task at hand, as it wasn't your "average" repair job. I will most certainly have Cody back for any future issues with our appliances. Thank you Mr. Appliance for suggesting this young man to me in my initial call.

Thanks Mr Appliance - both the office staff and technician were great! The office staff were kind, caring and able to address our needs pre-appointment. Our technician, Zoltan, did an excellent job repairing our dishwashing. He was kind and helpful and we are so happy our dishwasher is running smoothly again. We will definitely use Mr. Appliance and request Zoltan next time we need an appliance repair and we would highly recommend both Zoltan and Mr. Appliance.

Needed a repair part for microwave and while here the technician took a look at microwave and got it working as well as he check on my washing machine hose clamp to make sure it was secure with no extra charge. Now that is someone who cares about people and not about gouging the customer. I have had Russell each and everytime I needed a repair man. Will always try to support local.

I was very happy with the services from Mr. Appliance to fix the water filter head in our fridge. The technician, Cody, was friendly and very knowledgeable and shared lots of helpful information about our fridge and water filter. He completed the repair quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to anyone looking for appliance repair.
