The evaporator fan blade motor broke down so the fridge no longer could cool. A new blade and motor was ordered in from another province. So far our 15-year-old fridge is working cooling once again. A few months later our stovetop element became faulty and had to be replaced.

They fix the problem and replace with parts instead of putting a bandaid on the problem.

Gave us tips and we were very pleased with the customer service. I won't hesitate to call again should I need an appliance looked at.

We are Very please with the service. My oven broke down on Christmas eve. We called My Appliance repair man showed up within a couple hours. Found the problem but unfortunately they didn't have the part to repair it that day. The part was order and replace on Dec 27 and my oven is working great. Thank You!
